1. The DiscoverCarFast Service (Platform)

Role of DiscoverCarFast: We act only as an intermediary, advertising the vehicles of our Partner companies and processing the initial reservation request on their behalf. We do not own the rental vehicles.

Booking Confirmation: A booking made on our Platform constitutes an offer to rent a vehicle from the selected Partner. A confirmed booking means the Partner has accepted your offer.

Limitation of Liability (Platform): DiscoverCarFast is not liable for the condition of the vehicle, the Partner's services, failure to provide the rental, or any disputes arising during the rental period. Our liability is strictly limited to the secure processing of your reservation through the Platform.
2. The Rental Contract (Partner)

Separate Contract: When you pick up the vehicle, you will enter into a separate, legally binding Rental Agreement directly with the Partner car rental company.

Rental Terms: The Partner's Terms and Conditions—including those related to insurance, mileage limits, deposits, vehicle damage, late returns, and driver qualifications (age, license)—are the governing terms for the actual rental. You must review these before signing the Rental Agreement.

Responsibility for Vehicle: All liability and responsibility for the rented vehicle, including its condition, maintenance, and insurance coverage, rest solely with the Partner.
3. Booking and Payment

Pricing: Prices are determined by the Partner and listed on the Platform. We strive for accuracy but cannot be held responsible for errors in pricing or listing details provided by the Partner.

Payments: Any down payment or full payment made through the Platform is transferred to the Partner to secure the booking.

Cancellations & Modifications: Policies for cancellations, refunds, and booking changes are specific to each Partner. Please review their policy before booking.
4. Renter Obligations
By using this Platform, you agree to:

Meet all the age, license, and document requirements of the specific Partner.

Adhere to all local traffic laws in Morocco.

Hold DiscoverCarFast harmless from any claim, liability, or loss related to the actual rental experience with the Partner.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Casablanca, Morocco.
